Existing customers which have a revoked SSL certificate have the options below to request for a new certificate:

1. Transition to a valid fully qualified domain name (FQDN)

Replace existing certificates with a new certificate containing a valid fully qualified domain name (FQDN) that the certificate owner’s organisation owns.

2. Register the domain

Register the domain in the current certificate and provide proof of domain ownership.
